195-1 Call Center receives more than 41,000 calls in September

There were a total of 41,697 requests to the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy during the month of September 2022, more than 30,000 in live mode, and the rest through the voice menu service.

The requests mainly covered consumer rights, entrepreneurial activity, licensing, payment of taxes, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other issues related to the powers and activities of the Ministry of Economy.

The appeals received by the Call Center were responded to promptly, appropriate measures were taken by the relevant structures of the Ministry for appeals requiring investigation, and the applicants were answered.

The 195-1 Call Center, established in order to further facilitate citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and increase citizen satisfaction, can be directly called from any region of the country by landline phone.
