The return of another 30,000 people to their native lands is the main goal for this year, Emin Huseynov, the Special Representative of the President in the districts of Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand, told journalists during the 13th session of the World Urban Forum 13 in Baku.
Report quotes him as saying the total number of people currently living in these three districts exceeds 50,000.
"Our main goal is for another 30,000 residents to return to their native lands this year. We will be able to achieve this through the completion of the 4th and 5th residential complexes and two villages in Aghdam, as well as the completion of the villages of Dövlətyarlı and Pirahmadli in Fuzuli," he said.
