The information shared on the personal social media account of an employee of BP Azerbaijan regarding the creation of a new energy route from the BP Caspian Basin does not reflect the company's official position.
BP told Report that this information represents the personal opinions of its employee.
"bp denies the information referenced in the article titled 'BP proposes new energy corridor through Azerbaijan,' which was shared on the personal social media account of its employee, and states that these are the personal opinions of that employee and in no way reflect the company's official position," the company stated.
