During the UNESCO World Conference on Cultural Policies and Sustainable Development (MONDIACULT) in Barcelona, Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Adil Karimli held talks with Bulgarian Culture Minister Marian Bachev, SİA reports.
Karimli highlighted Azerbaijan’s recent initiatives to support international filmmakers, including the “Rebate” program.
The discussion also covered potential collaboration in film production, protection of intangible cultural heritage, and joint underwater archaeological research. Both sides agreed to continue the dialogue at the upcoming UNESCO General Conference in Samarkand, Uzbekistan
