Gold production in Azerbaijan rose by 43.1 percent, reaching 2,113 kilograms during January-August 2025, the State Statistics Committee told SİA.
As of September 1, gold reserves fell sharply by 58.8 percent compared to the same period last year, totaling 114.5 kilograms. During the reporting period, silver production also increased by 33.2 percent to 2,746.1 kilograms, while silver reserves slightly declined by 2.85 percent to 577 kilograms.
