Azerbaijani oil price edges higher

The price of Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light (CIF) crude oil has climbed above $69 per barrel on global markets, SİA reports.

The price increased by $0.32, or about 0.5 percent, reaching $69.

The previous trading session recorded a price of $68.7 per barrel. For reference, Azerbaijan’s state budget for the current year is based on an average oil price of $70 per barrel for Azeri Light.
