On September 5, crude oil prices fell by more than $1.5 on world markets, SİA reports.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the price of October futures for WTI crude dropped by $1.61, or 2.54%, to $61.8 per barrel. On the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in London, November futures for Brent crude decreased by $1.49, or 2.22%, settling at $65.5 per barrel.
