Organizing Committee for CIS Games holds its third session in Baku

The Organizing Committee for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Games convened its third meeting in Baku, chaired by Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov, SİA reports.

During the session, representatives from the Baku City Circuit Operations Company, under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, briefed attendees on ongoing preparations for the event.

The discussions focused on all key aspects of organizing the Games, including airport operations, transportation logistics, security arrangements, uniforms, accreditation, branding, event management, award ceremonies, ticketing, catering, waste management, administrative planning, human resource coordination, volunteer programs, venue management, media and communications, IT and broadcasting, sports operations, and the readiness of facilities for the opening and closing ceremonies.
