During his visit to Brazil, First Deputy Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, Elnur Aliyev, met with Renato Dutra, Secretary for Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuel at the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy, SİA reports citing the ministry.
The meeting highlighted Azerbaijan’s favorable business climate, key reforms and goals in the energy sector, and the country’s participation in international investment platforms in partnership with several states. Partnership opportunities were also emphasized.
The two sides exchanged views on cooperation potential in areas such as energy, mining, and mineral processing. They also agreed to strengthen collaboration between the relevant institutions of both countries in fields of mutual interest.
