Taleh Kazimov, Governor of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (AMB), met with a delegation led by Rachel Thompson, Executive Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the CBA told SİA.
The meeting included a thorough exchange of views on challenges facing the global economy, the country’s economic situation and development trends, monetary policy, as well as improving the regulatory framework in the insurance sector and its potential.
The discussions also focused on prospects for future cooperation between the Central Bank and the ADB, along with the bank’s potential involvement in Azerbaijan’s financial sector.
