A meeting with employers was held in Khankandi, Azerbaijan, jointly organized by the Special Representative Office of the President of Azerbaijan for Khankandi city, Aghdara and Khojaly districts, and the Karabakh Regional Employment Branch of the State Employment Agency, SİA informs, citing the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
The meeting focused on expanding employment opportunities in Azerbaijan"s liberated territories and enhancing collaboration with entrepreneurs. Discussions covered joint initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation, creating new jobs, and ensuring the employment of local residents. Employers also presented their proposals during the session.
It was emphasized that Khankandi, Aghdara, and Khojaly offer broad prospects for entrepreneurship, with the state providing comprehensive support to business development in these regions.
The meeting also reviewed efforts to secure employment for residents returning to their native lands under the Great Return Program. Officials noted that improving social welfare and boosting economic activity among relocated populations remain key priorities of state policy.
