Azerbaijan generated just under 72.430 billion manats (just over $42.6 billion) of GDP in the first seven months of 2025, marking a 0.9% increase year-on-year, SİA informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.
During this period, the production of added value in Azerbaijan's oil and gas sector fell by 3.3%, while increasing by 3.1% in the non-oil and gas sector.
In Azerbaijan, industry comprises 35% of the total GDP, followed by trade and vehicle repair – 10.1%, transport and warehousing – 7%, and agriculture, forestry, and fishing – 6.3%.
Construction contributes 6%, while tourist accommodation and catering account for 2.8%. Information and communication represent 1.8%, and other areas, along with net taxes on products and imports, constitute 21.1% and 9.9%, respectively.
During the reporting period, the value of GDP per person was 7,076.9 manats (about $4,162.88).
