The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the “Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity, rates of import customs duties and rates of export customs duties” approved by its resolution dated November 17, 2017, and the “Excise rates of excisable goods imported into the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by its resolution dated January 19, 2001.
SİA informs that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a resolution in this regard.
According to the resolution, the upper limit of 83,000 tons and 18,000 tons for RON92 gasoline and diesel fuel imported by the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) from January 1 to June 1, 2025, respectively, has been set.
