Azerbaijan’s economic development is entering a significant new phase, according to Gunduz Karimov, the head of the Legislation and Legal Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
Karimov shared this insight during a conference held in Baku, titled "Constitution and Sovereignty - Development of Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan." The event was dedicated to Entrepreneurs Day and the Year of Constitution and Sovereignty.
He highlighted that the victory in the 44-day Patriotic War, coupled with the restoration of sovereignty, the emergence of a new regional agenda, and the opening of regional communications, has created new opportunities for the Azerbaijani economy and entrepreneurs.
The official also pointed out that a range of mechanisms have been implemented to generate new employment opportunities in the liberated territories.
Karimov further mentioned that Azerbaijan's Constitution, grounded in universal values, guarantees critical principles such as property protection, the advancement of free entrepreneurship, and other key aspects.
