On April 2, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, met with a delegation led by Liu Cianchao, the head of the International Relations Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers told SİA.
At the meeting, satisfaction was expressed that relations between the two countries have demonstrated high development dynamics thanks to the political will and joint efforts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping.
During the discussion, the Prime Minister emphasized the significance of the Middle Corridor for the entire Eurasian region, including the countries of the South Caucasus, and highlighted that the opening of the Zangazur Corridor would contribute to the development of the Middle Corridor.
