Any violation of the moratorium on strikes against energy infrastructure in Russia or Ukraine by either side automatically renders the agreement void, the Kremlin said in a statement.
According to a clarification issued by the Russian presidential press service, "the temporary ban is effective for 30 days starting on March 18, 2025." It can be extended by mutual agreement.
"If one of the parties violates the ban, the other has the right to consider itself free from the obligation to comply with the agreement," the Kremlin added.
