Ambassador: Date for Azerbaijan-Russia commission meeting being discussed

The date for the next meeting of the Azerbaijan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission is still under discussion, Russia’s ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mikhail Yevdokimov told Report.

The diplomat highlighted that this issue was also addressed during the visit of Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister, Shahin Mustafayev, to Russia.

“This issue was discussed yesterday. Considering that the deputy prime ministers and heads of these commissions meet regularly—almost once a month—we can confidently say that this commission is constantly active,” he added.
