Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in the Kyrgyz Republic on November 5 to participate in the 11th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States.
According to Report, an honor guard was lined up at Manas 2 International Airport in honor of Ilham Aliyev.
President Ilham Aliyev was welcomed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan - Head of the Presidential Administration Akylbek Japarov and other officials.
