"Saudi Arabia views the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict only within the framework of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan," tweeted Deputy Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration.
"The Kingdom of SaudiArabia is willing to expand cooperation ties with Azerbaijan in every field," Novruz Mammadov says.
