Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has called to abolish the country’s national oil and gas company Naftogaz, claiming it breeds corruption.
"Ukrgasdobycha produces gas, Ukrtransgaz transports gas. A real reform stipulates keeping these two structures, while the superstructure, Naftogaz, which aims to concentrate money and create major corruption, should be abolished," Tymoshenko told the 112 Ukraine TV channel on Friday.
