Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Moscow
to prepare for the upcoming meeting of the Azerbaijani, Armenian and
Russian presidents.
He will hold meetings with a number of officials to prepare for the trilateral talks to be held in Sochi on 23 January, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Elman Abdullayev told SIA.
The Sochi meeting will be the tenth mediated by the Russian president since 2008 in an attempt to find a solution to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told a briefing that an
agreement on diplomatic property would be signed during the Azerbaijani
foreign minister’s visit.
