Azerbaijan’s representative at Eurovision 2011 to be announced on February 4

SIA reports that the last final concert of Azerbaijan’s representative in "Eurovision-2011" will hold at the stage of Azerbaijan State Academic National Theater of Drama. 5 finalists – Ilhama Gasimova, Eldar Gasimov, Ilgara Ibrahimova, Aynishan Guliyeva and Nigar Jamal will demonstrate their talents on February 4. The final concert will be on the air by member of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the official translator of Eurovision in Azerbaijan - Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (ITV). Under the opinion of jury Azerbaijan’s representative in the 56th eurovision-2011 contest will be known after the final concert.
Aygun Kazimova, Aybeniz Hashimova and the other singers will perform in the special program prepared for the final concert. ITV is seriously preparing for this final concert. The performance of foreign singers and contest participators are not planned in this year’s final concert.
Eurovision-2011 song contest will be held in "Fortuna Arena" of Düsseldorf, Germany. The contest’s semi-final will be held on May 10 and 12, the final on May 14. Azerbaijan’s representative will compete in the first semi-final in order qualify for the final.
