AVCIYA observation mission announces their primary opinion about elections

Association for Civil Development in Azerbaijan (AVCIYA) observation mission announced their primary opinion about elections in Azerbaijan. As SIA reports speaking in the event connected with this elections head of election staff Maharram Zulfugarli said that their organization observed the elections in 4400 poling stations of 106 constituencies. He added that information about the participation of electors, their activity represented to the society.
He also noticed that there were little law disturbances in the elections: "There were little problems about the registration of electors, law disturbance during the calculating of votes". He stressed that but these disturbances can’t influence to the results of election.
