“Application of new technologies in election process: international and national practice” is discussed in Azerbaijan

By the initiative of joint working group on application of the International standards about human rights international conference on theme "Application of new technologies in election process: international and national practice" was held in Baku. As SIA reports speaking in the event member of joint working group Bulgarian expert Daniel Stoyanov spoke about the significance of election in forming democratic atmosphere. President of Constitution Researches Centre Alimammad Nuriyev spoke on theme "Parliamentarian elections in Azerbaijan: in context of constitution and laws".
In his lecture on theme "development dynamics of election technologies in election practice of Azerbaijan" Head of AVCIYA Election Staff Maharram Zulfugarli said that after the independence 11 elections, 5 referendums were held in Azerbaijan.
MP of Milli Mejlis Ali Huseynov said that election process in Azerbaijan corresponds to international standards.
