Hand-over ceremony of project titled: “Construction of the school building in Darachannat village of Shaki region” to be held

On the 2nd of September 2010 at 10: hours, a hand-over ceremony of project titled: "Construction of the school building in Darachannat village of Shaki region", which has been implemented within the framework of "Grassroots and Human Security Grant Assistance Programme" of the government of Japan, will be held in Darachannat village of Shaki region.
The ceremony will be attended by Japanese ambassador in Azerbaijan Oki Masamitsu, head of Executive Committee of Shaki region Murad Jabbarli, deputy chief of education department of Shaki city Baheddin Izzatov and other people.
The total sum of the contract signed between the Japan Embassy and "The world of woman" NGO is 87,958 dollar. The project was aimed to improving conditions for education of the youths in Darachannat village through construction of a new school building.
Being the 10th project of Japan Embassy implemented in Shaki region, this project counts the 62nd education related project implemented within the Grassroots and Human Security Grant Assistance Programme.
