Russia`s building the biggest submarine-boat in the world. As SİA informs, it was written in the high-circulation Russian newspaper Izvestia.The submarine-boat called Project 09852 will be used for investigation.The submarine will also participate in the scientific investigations taking place in Arctic.According to newspaper record,the construction of the object will be completed in 2018 and it will be 184 metres long.
