Ramin Guluzade appointed First Deputy Minister of MCHT

Azerbaijani Presdient has signed an order, SIA reports.

According to President's order Ramin Namig oglu Guluzadeh appointed to the post of First Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
