Next training on e-Government was held for students of Baku European Lyceum. The training was organized by the operator of the e-Government portal Data Processing Center (DPC) of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT).
According to DPC, the center’s professionals provided detailed information for teenagers and young people about the development of ICT in our country, formation of e-government, e- government portal, e-services, e-signature and e-document. The students were informed about the role and importance of e-services and the nature of providing public services in electronic form in our daily lives. Besides, students were informed about the care and attention provided to this area by the government. Then the students had practical work on the portal.
The training was continued with questions and answers. The students voiced their opinion on digitalization of public services, expressed their proposals on urgent services in the social environment.
Those who took an active part in the discussions were awarded special prizes.
Note that such events are aimed at explaining the nature and benefits of electronization to the younger generation, raising their awareness on e-Government, as well as encouraging them to use e-services more actively.
