Minister of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan Ali Abbasov visited the Pardis Technology Park (PTP) as part of his visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
During the familiarization period, PTP President Mahdi Safarinia provided detailed information on the activity, principles of operation and products manufactured in the enterprise. It was noted that the park, which cooperates with 400 companies, manufactures products on the basis of their orders and carries out training of personnel.
Highly appreciating the activity of the PTP, Ali Abbasov said that technology parks also operate in Azerbaijan and manufactures products for various areas of economy.
It was noted that the establishment of cooperation between the technology parks of Azerbaijan and Iran can produce positive results for both countries. In addition to the exchange of experience, this cooperation can be in training of personnel and realization of the products manufactured.
The sides discussed the prospects of cooperation and exchanged views.
Ali Abbasov invited Mahdi Safarinia to Azerbaijan for acquaintance with the progress made in the country in the field of new technologies.
Then Minister Ali Abbasov familiarized himself with the manufacturing facilities in the park.
