Users in the United States have been leaving messages in downdetector.com, reporting that Instagram is down in many cities.
This is the second time this week that the photo-sharing service has gone down for users. On Tuesday, Facebook and Instagram were down for about an hour, caused by what the company said was an internal software networking error.
