"Armenian side deliberately prolongs a resolution process of the conflict with a way of pretexts and sabotage acts" Spokesman of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev told SIA commenting on Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan's baseless statetements on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
According to Hikmet Hajiyev, Armenia demonstrates destructive position on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. On the resolution process of the Nagorno-Karabkh conflict firstly Armenian side has to withdraw its troops from the occupied Azerbaijani lands. It has been based appearently in the resolutions of the Security Council of the UN and other international documents. Azerbaijan has always claimed that it should be began peace negotiations.
Foreign Ministry’s official also stressed that Armenia has been doing slander and lie information for defrauding international community. There is a weak social-economical condition in Armenia and it is getting worse. A demographic level in Armenia is too low. Because of these domestic problems Armenian government wants to distract attention from the problems and make calm a heavy situation inside.
