N. Mammadov told that non-existence of impartial and fair approach in the international relations urges to decide some decisions. Creating new organization in the Euroasia territory should be accepted normally.Armenia has invaded Azerbaijani territories for 20 years and has still keeping under occupation. Armenia has been ignoring norms and principles of the international law. From this aspect, issue of Armenia’s membership in this organization is important for us. The essence of the letter is that if such process occurs, the international legal norms and principles should be followed.
Mammadov also mentioned that Azerbaijan is not planning to join the Euroasian Economic Union. We arenot thinking about it for now. We are only interested in Armenia’s membership to the Union.
