The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan decided to amend the charter and structure of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) CJSC on February 27.
According to the decision, now the structure of AZAL includes international airport Gabala and passenger airliner Azerbaijan Airlines, the decision published in public press says.
In turn, two companies that were part of the Azerbaijan Airlines have been shut down. These are Aircraft Maintenance Administration and Production and Economic Administration.
Furthermore, Lankaran and Zagatala airports have been declared international airports.
