Azerbaijan is taking measures to reduce mobile communication tariffs, the Deputy Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Elmir Valizadeh says.
He also noted that the issue on reduction of tariffs is being discussed: "Mobile operators, as well as state bodies are working on it". SIA reports.
