The weather is predicted to be mostly cloudy, foggy weather is in the first half of a day, in the second- short-term drizzly rain. Soft south wind will relent in the morning and be replaced with north in the evening. National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports to SIA that the temperature will be +3-6˚C at night, +7-11˚C in the afternoon in Baku and Absheron peninsula.
As to the regions of Azerbaijan condition of weather is expected to be rainy, in some places sleet, in mountainous and foothills there is expected snow. Western wind will be observed.
The temperature will be from 0-5˚C at night, 11-16˚C in the afternoon, 3 degree of frost to 2 ˚C in the mountains, 5-10 ˚C of frost in highlands, 5-10˚C in the afternoon.
