The registration of "The religious community of Khirdalan settlement of Absheron district" was
annulled by the court on the basis of the complaint of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations.
"The religious community of Khirdalan settlement of Absheron district" was registered at the Ministry of Justice on July 9, 2004. According to annexes and amendments made to the law "Freedom of religion" in 2009, the religious communities, which were registered in the past, are to submit their documents to the State Committee. But the above-mentioned community didn’t submit its documents to the community within this period. Therefore the State Committee sued this community. Sumgayit Administrative-Economical Court sustained the appeal and passed a decision on abolishment of the religious community.
