Everyone already knows that Armenians grow narcotics and train terrorist groups in the occupied Azerbaijani lands, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov has said.

Addressing the 10th International Ombudsman Conference, Hasanov said that last year the UN wanted to monitor those lands but Armenia didn't allow it.

He thinks that the international community should stop the indifference to this problem. "As a result of the multi-standard approach of the international community, the Nagorno-Karabakh remains unresolved," he noted.

According to Hasanov, Russia must also determine its position in this issue, because Russia holds the key to the solution of the conflict. "The Armenian territory isn't significant for Russia anymore. Today Azerbaijan is more important for Russia."
