President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived on a working visit to the capital of Russia Moscow for participation in the unofficial session of the Council of heads of states of the CIS members on 15 May.
According to the official for the President of Azerbaijan, at the international airport of Vnukovo-2 that waved the flags of the CIS countries the head of state was greeted by high ranking officials of the Russian state and government.
