Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on approval of "Rule of state control over exercise of children’s rights".
According to the decree, the "Rule of state control over implementation of children’s rights" was approved. The Decree tasked the Cabinet of Ministers to prepare proposals on coordination of the presidential acts with this Decree within 3 months and present them to the President, ensure the coordination of normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and inform the President about it,APAreports.
Besides, the Cabinet of Ministers must approve "Rule of organization and implementation of e-information bank on exercise of children’s rights" considered in the item 7.5 of "Rule of state control over exercise of children’s rights", control the coordination of normative legal acts of central executive authorities with this Decree and inform the President about it.
The Decree tasked the Justice Ministry to coordinate the normative legal acts and normative acts of central executive authorities with this Decree.
