"The last parliamentary elections in Armenia couldn’t have an effect on the Nagorno Karabakh negotiations", head of the international relations department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov said.

Mammadov called the parliamentary elections in Armenia a show. "This was a show organized by the Armenians. Unfortunately the West tries to present these elections as transparent and democratic".
