President Ilham Aliyev meets with commander of U.S. Transportation Command, General William Fraser

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev who is on an official visit to the US met with commander of the U.S. Transportation Command, General William Fraser.

SIA reports that Fraser expressed satisfaction with the development of Azerbaijan-US relations. The commander underlined Azerbaijan’s role in anti-terror and peacemaking operations in Afghanistan and expressed hope in the development of cooperation in this sphere. President Aliyev noted successful and efficient cooperation between the US and Azerbaijan and expressed confidence in successful development of relations within anti-terror coalition.
