Azerbaijan not recognize the so called “presidential elections” conducted in South Osetia-MFA

Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry issues statement on so-called "presidential elections" conducted in Tskhinvali region/South Osetia, Georgia on November 13, 2011.

Press service of the Foreign ministry told SIA that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan reiterates its firm support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and does not recognize the so called "presidential elections" conducted in Tskhinvali region/South Osetia, Georgia on November 13, 2011: Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry strongly believes that ongoing negotiation process should be continued in a constructive manner to find a viable solution to the conflict".
