Tensions are growing between police and protestors in Yerevan, Armenia.
SIA reports citing the local Armenian media that police forces have blocked the streets in the center of Yerevan.
A part of activists protesting against hike in electricity prices went to Liberty Square, among them one of the members of coordination group Vaghinak Shushanyan who urged protesters to gather in the square to continue the struggle.
However, the major part of participants is still at Baghramyan Avenue.
Public figures, MPs, representatives of show business formed a wall between demonstrators and police.
