An app which lets people publicly rate others - whether they like it or not - is to launch next month.
Anyone can place someone onto Peeple's public database then rate them as a person from from one to five, as well as adding comments.
The app has a 'frequently asked questions' section on its website and says there is currently no way for people to be removed from the app.
People will, however, be able to publicly respond to negative ratings and reviews.
Bad reviews will be quarantined for two days, allowing the subject to contact the reviewer to ask why they've been rated so harshly.
