The country will send 15 athletes from seven sports to the Baku 2015 European Games. Eight of them will attend the Small States competition from 1-6 June.
The Athletics team will be led by Eugenio Rossi, who is a two-time Small States Games High Jump silver medallist. Federico Gorrieri is a long jumper and sprint while Martina Muraccini is a pole vaulter.
Only one Athletics team championship gold medal will be handed out at Baku 2015 with San Marino competing with other smaller nations as one collective team.
Also appearing in both multi-sport competitions in June will be judoka Jessica Zannoni, who finished third in the 2014 Italian championship in the 78kg weight class; and Karim Gharbi, who won a gold medal at the 2013 Small States event.
Three more San Marino athletes will be heading to Iceland and then Baku: swimmers Elena Giovannini and Beatrice Felici and Table Tennis player Letizia Giardi.
