The 2012 Olympian Orujov won gold in the 73kg weight class by beating Turkey's Hasan Vanlioglu. Dutch judoka Dex Elmont collected a bronze medal.
The 2012 Olympian and two-time European championship medallist Gasimov grabbed the gold in the 100kg category, beating Germany's Karl-Richard Frey in the final. Russia's Arsen Omarov and Dimitri Peters of Germany shared the bronze medals.
Azerbaijan's other medal came in the men's 60kg class as Orkhan Safarov lost in the final to Sharafuddin Lutfillaev of Uzbekistan while Georgia's Lukhumi Chkhvimiani won a bronze.
The Netherlands won the medals table as Noël Van 't End picked up the country's only men's gold in the 90kg category with Serbia's Aleksandar Kukolj taking silver. Dutch judoka Anicka van Emden won the gold in the women's 63kg category by defeating Austria's Hilde Drexler in the final. Netherlands' Juul Franssen and Alice Schlesinger of Great Britain shared the bronzes.
The Dutch also collected one silver and two bronze medals for five medals, which was matched by Germany, who only had one gold
That was won by Viola Waechter in the women's 57kg weight class while Dutch judoka Sanne Verhagen won silver and Great Britain's Nekoda Davis and Corina Caprioriu of Romania both won bronze.
France also won two gold medals with 2013 world champion Loïc Pietri winning at men's 81kg and Madeleine Malonga taking the crown at women's 78kg. Malonga defeated Great Britain's Natalie Powell in the final while Luise Malzahn of Germany and Viktoriya Turks of Ukraine grabbed bronze medals.
Uzbekistan also captured two golds with Rishod Sobirov winning the men's 66kg crown along with Lutfillaev being victorious at 60kg.
Kosovo's Distria Krasniqi won the women's 52kg gold while Israel's Linder Bolder won the 70kg women's title.
Rounding out the gold medals were Faicel Jaballah of Tunisia at +100kg men, Argentina's Paula Pareto winning the women's 48kg and Chinese Sisi Ma claiming the crown at women's +78kg.
