Jose Mourinho is set to be handed a new contract at Chelsea despite having two-and-a-half years left to run on his current deal.
The Blues boss, who returned for his second spell at the Stamford Bridge helm in 2013, has a contract with the club until 2017.
But, according to reports in The Sun the Portuguese will be handed fresh terms which will keep him in west London until 2020.
Chelsea have been through a vast array of managers since Roman Abramovich bought the club in 2003, but despite a stream of trophies consistently finding their way to the Stamford Bridge cabinet, the Blues now appear to be looking towards long-term stability.
They have already started tying key players down to lengthy deals, most recently with Eden Hazard signing a five-and-a-half year contract last week.
And with captain John Terry also in line for a new one-year extension, Mourinho could be the next to put pen to paper at the Bridge.
