Besides the brilliantly presented culture and history, on December 7th kids had an opportunity to listen to an Azerbaijani fairy tale Three princes presented to them by ASN’s Johana Truneckova wearing traditional Azerbaijani national dress. Then it was followed by a workshop where small visitors could put together a mosaic from Nizami’s poems or in case of boys create a replica of Azerbaijani dagger.
While keeping kids’ hands busy, Azerbaijan Student Network also offered them and their parents to taste such jewels of Azerbaijani cuisine as dolma and plov, and of course all found a great joy in tasting traditional Azerbaijani sweets – pakhlava.
Moreover, ASN also offered them to test their knowledge and try to win valuable presents such as books, magazines and miniature carpets.
