The parliamentary elections that were held on November 1 in Azerbaijan, were organized in line with the international standards, Vladimir Churov, the chairman of Russia’s Central Election Commission told.
No violations of law were recorded in the polling stations we monitored, Churov said.
According to Churov, all measures have been taken for transparent voting process, and necessary conditions have been provided for observers.
We were in a number of polling stations. The elections were organized at a high level. Our impressions are very positive, Churov said.
