The parliamentary elections have been well-organized in Azerbaijan, Serikzhan Kanayev, the head of the TurkPA observation mission, the member of the Kazakh parliament said.
According to Kanayev, the voting process is democratic, free and transparent.
He also said that the mission met with chairman of the Azerbaijani Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov on October 31, who spoke about the preparation for the elections.
We have been convinced today that the election has been well-organized, Kanayev said.
While commenting on the refusal of some European organizations to send their representatives to Azerbaijan to observe the parliamentary election, the MP said that it was better to come and ascertain everything, rather than to give a deliberate evaluation.
